Step 1: Book Your Appointment

Step 2: Pay the $50 Booking Fee

To secure your appointment, a $50 non-refundable booking fee is required. This fee helps us manage scheduling and reduce last-minute cancellations so other patients can access care. Payment of the $50 fee must be received by 10 AM ET on the day of your appointment, or your spot may be canceled. The booking fee will be applied toward your $175 initial lab screening cost. After you book your appointment, you’ll receive an email with additional information.

Step 3: Join Your Telehealth Visit

Prior to your appointment, we’ll send you a Zoom link. When it’s time for your appointment, click the Zoom link to start your consultation with Dr. Tyler Hendricks.
