Step 1: Book Your Appointment

Schedule your initial telehealth appointment with Dr. Hendricks by selecting a date and time that works best for you. This visit is designed for new or prospective patients to review your concerns, medical history, and goals. Lab work is not ordered before this visit — all lab orders are placed during your appointment after your consultation.

Step 2: Pay the Appointment Fee

A $200 appointment fee is required to confirm your booking and helps us manage scheduling and reduce last-minute cancellations so other patients can access care. Payment must be received by 10:00 a.m. ET on the day of your appointment, or your spot may be canceled. This fee includes the cost of your lab work and is non-refundable due to provider time and preparation.

Step 3: Join Your Telehealth Visit

At your scheduled time, join your secure telehealth visit with Dr. Hendricks. During this visit, your concerns will be reviewed and appropriate lab work will be ordered. After your appointment, you’ll receive instructions for completing your lab work, and your results will be sent directly to our team once finalized.
